Sales Direct's Agent Direct service has proved a useful exercise for SGB Youngman. Our contact took the time to really understand what we were looking for (even when I was being seriously pedantic!) and the end result is a list of good, qualified, potential distributors that we can now get to work on.

For me "time" was the biggest single benefit of using Sales Direct. Their staff has the time to do the research and make the calls (over and over if necessary) which is very hard to do when you are operating from a European base AND simultaneously wrapped up in a whole series of projects. Our Project Manager proved an excellent partner, both professional and persistent who always kept me fully informed at all times; and even chased me if she felt that I was not following up on a new contact quickly enough!
