I first became aware of Sales Direct in June 2004 based on a telemarketing call from the Proprietor and President, Mr. Howard Lalgee. I was particularly interested in his unique approach to opening new market opportunities in the United States, as this was just the right time for our new product launch.

My first impression soon went from strength to strength. Mr. Lalgee was able to create a project brief using his very capable staff based in Somerset, England, which quickly passed to the “sharp end” in USA, to those members of his team who became dedicated to our business needs. I really appreciated the weekly reports and follow-ups and was able to contact Sales Direct as often as I felt necessary.

We have now finalized the project and I believe we have achieved our initial goals and learnt more about the USA as a market and hopefully will soon have a trade partner.
